Particularly inspired and imaginative, this Machiavellian gem concocted by Francis Leroi was applauded by a throng of eager viewers when it debuted in Paris on April 25, 1979 in Alpha-France cinemas.

The curiously titled Love FreeStyle is about a couple of chicks that decide to become prostitutes to make some extra bread. After a hook-up from a pimp named Sammy, who sets them up with a room, Cookie and Marie turn tricks in both directions, sometimes straight and sometimes lesbo. Marie screws a nice boy who never seems to get off but decides he’d like to date her on the side; Cookie then gets it on with a middle-aged dyke who chats her up for about an hour before fingering the fuzz.

Rose (Helen Madigan) and her husband Adam (well played by an unknown British actor) have recently moved to the Hollywood Hills, where Adam is pursuing a career as a talent agent. While her husband screws every would-be chanteuse who walks through his office door, Rose keeps hearing frightening noises and experiencing strange erotic sensations around the house. What appears to be a recurring fantasy, however, in which she gets penetrated by a black stud quickly reveals itself to be a visitation from a funky ganger who has sex with Rose under the impression that she’s the spirit of a black babe named Ruth.
